Local artist Gail Curry has opened entries for this year’s North Tyneside Community Summer art exhibition. The subject matter is ‘Home Sweet Home’, as people can view what their home is in many different ways and Gail would love to see that variety and read your stories. Entry is free and is open to anyone. Last year saw entries from ages 5 to 95. You can draw, paint, photograph, knit, make a model, weave, or collage, the choice is yours. Maximum size is 50cm by 50cm. The closing date for entries is noon on 10 July. Read more here
