Battle Hill & Linskill Community Development Grapevine Newsletter – 23 June 2023

All sorts of healthy tasty treats being made in the pantry with Community Nutritionist Lee Harland, made with produce grown from the ‘Upcycle Gardeners’.

You can grab your own herbs and salad items on Friday mornings outside Linskill Reception.

The Linskill Riders have completed their first overnight challenge ride.

Over two days everyone cycled 90 miles and explored the Grand Union and Forth & Clyde Canals taking in the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel and the Forth Bridge.

Huge thanks to WatBike and Mark our guide for making it happen!

Have you noticed our 5 new electric charging points?  Aren’t they awesome! Obviously this means there are 5 less normal parking spaces and we appreciate at times that the car park can be exceptionally busy, espeically when the hall is booked for big meetings.

If you travel here by car please allow time to find a space.  It’s great to see the centre so busy and our community enjoying so many opportunities at Linskill.

Thank you!
