LD:NorthEast has launched their new, Easy Read Health Card, which are designed to be used in a variety of healthcare settings. Produced in collaboration with Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, the cards can be used to help ask and answer questions, and explain what happens during health related appointments. View and download the cards here
